My fortune cookie from last night speaks volumes
As heartbroken as I am to be getting admitted, again…
I’m going to do what I always say.
Count my Blessings > Problems
On top of my prior infections (MRSA, Aspergillosis, and Pseudomonas)
I now have Pneumonia too.
But more unsettling, the blood clot in my arm has traveled to my lung.
Yes, I’m tired. Yes, I’m scared. And yes, I’m mad.Having a terminal illness is a constant physical and emotional roller coaster. But, I will not let this break my spirits. I hope all of those following my story are reminded of how fragile life is, and encouraged to be grateful. I know I am.
